Under taken 30 research and extension projects and the salient outcome/ achievements are given under. The focus of the projects ranged from invention of a fibre extractor machine to farming system research / extension (FSR/E). Some of the projects aimed at development of new products like Dates Khoa and superior quality paneer with long shelf life. The results of the projects benefited rural women, entrepreneurs, industry, policy makers, scientists, extension personnel and academics circle.
